About Mobberley Parish Council

 Hannah Moss is the current Chairman. Hannah is a busy member of the council, sitting on the Finance Committee, Planning Committee, Rajar Committee, Victory Hall Trust Committee and the Village Events Committee. Anne Holloway is the vice-chairman. Anne takes care of Highways, village amenities and helps out with Village Events. Anne represents the Parish Council at any Manchester Airport meetings. Heidi Gilks joined the council in 2008 and currently sits on the Rajar, Finance and Planning Committees. Heidi has represented the Parish Council on many occasions at public enquiries and appeals and currently Chairs the Broad Oak Lane Committee. Heidi commissioned the design of the Mobberley Soldier which stands proudly outside the Victory Hall. In her spare time Heidi loves to spend time with her horses. Viv Pike is a busy member of the Parish Council and sits on the Finance Committee and the Victory Hall Trust Committee. Viv is our Police Liaison Councillor. Viv can be contacted at v.pike@mobberleyparishcouncil.co.uk

David Swan has lived in Mobberley all of his life and is passionate about the upkeep of the village. David takes care of footpaths and also sits on the Planning Committee and Village Amenities. David can be contacted at d.swan@mobberleyparishcouncil.co.uk

David Brush joined the Parish Council in September 2021. David is a member of the Rajar and Planning committees and part of the team putting together the Neighbourhood Plan. David can be contacted at d.brush@mobberleyparishcouncil.co.uk

Sue Bellamy re-joined the council in September 2021 having previously served on the Council in the mid-nineties and was very involved in fighting the second runway. Sue is enjoying being part of decisions protecting the village community. Sue sits on the planning committee and the finance committee and can be contacted at s.bellamy@mobberleyparishcouncil.co.uk

Karen Baker joined the Parish Council in September 2021. Karen sits on the Village Events, and Village Amenities committees and is part of the working group putting together the Neighbourhood Plan. Karen can be contacted at k.baker@mobberleyparishcouncil.co.uk

Jackie Jones joined the Parish Council in November 2022. Jackie is keen to help with village events and community projects. Jackie has joined the Village Events committee, Finance Committee and the Rajar Committee. Jackie can be contacted at j.jones@mobberleyparishcouncil.co.uk

Sally Thomas joined the Parish Council in 2023. Sally has been involved in proof reading many of the Parish Council documents. She has organised community litter picking sessions and has a wide knowledge of the footpaths in Mobberley. Sally has joined the Village Amenities committee.
